Will Seemsville Rd. Be Relocated?

In order to stay actively current with proposed development, C.A.R.D. submitted Right To Know (RTK) requests to various government agencies. Our recent request was to Allen Township requesting the PennDot letters concerning the 6 proposed Jaindl warehouses off of Rt 329 between Howertown Rd and Seemsville Road.
Jaindl will need approval from both the Northampton Area School District (NASD) and East Allen Township to relocate Seemsville Road.  Ideally, Seemsville Road would be relocated opposite Walnut Street to form a 4 way intersection and to provide East Allen’s Ambulance Corps access.  If the location opposite Walnut Street is not pursued, it looks like Seemsville Road should be relocated east 650 feet towards Walnut Street according to the letters from PennDot.
