C.A.R.D. Files a Right To Know To The NASD
On January 10th a C.A.R.D. member filled out a R.T.K. request to the NASD requesting:
“All correspondence (Email, letters, minutes/notes of meetings) between representatives of Jaindl, NASD and representatives of Boards from 2014 to the present time, regarding the NASD property on Seemsville Rd and Jaindl’s proposed development on Seemsville Rd.”
NASD was granted a 30 day extension for legal review of the RTK request. On February 20th NASD issued a denial letter to us.
Posted below is their denial letter. C.A.R.D intends to appeal.
