As angry residents listened, the developer behind plans for six warehouses in Allen Township pitched two ideas on Tuesday night to lesson the impact of truck traffic on their lives.

Jaindl Watson Land Company wants to build warehouses totaling 2.5 million square feet on nearly 300 acres bounded by the Nor-Bath Boulevard (Route 329) and Seemsville and Howertown roads.

To spare nearby residents from increased truck traffic, the developer wants to shift Seemsville 650 feet farther east from its existing intersection with Nor-Bath Boulevard.
